TUYÊN BỐ TỪ BỎ QUỐC TỊCH PHÁP
Kính thưa bà con và thân hữu gần xa,
Việc nhà cầm quyền Việt Nam tước quốc tịch của tôi nhằm trục xuất tôi ra khỏi Việt Nam đồng thời tước đi quyền được sống trên quê hương mình là một hành vi cực kỳ vô nhân đạo.
Sở dĩ họ hành xử như thế vì đã biết rõ hoàn cảnh gia đình tôi và tôi là người song tịch.
Vì thế ngày hôm nay tôi tuyên bố từ bỏ quốc tịch Pháp và kể từ giờ phút này tôi chỉ còn một quốc tịch, đó là quốc tịch Việt Nam.
Dưới đây là lá thư tôi sẽ gởi cho Đại sứ quán Pháp tại Hà Nội để xin thôi quốc tịch Pháp.
Kính mong mọi người tiếp tục hậu thuẫn chúng tôi.
Xin vui lòng tiếp tục chia sẻ status này đến cho mọi người.

Je soussigné Pham Minh Hoang né le 08-08-1955 à Phuoc-Tuy, VietNam; ayant la double nationalité française et vietnamienne; déclare vouloir exercer mon droit de répudiation conformément aux dispositions des articles 23 du Code civil.
En conséquence, je vous demande de bien vouloir considérer que je n'ai plus cette nationalité française et de ne conserver que la nationalité vietnamienne
Je vous adresse ci-joint :
- le document officiel attestant ma nouvelle nationalité,
- un justificatif de mon domicile actuel au Vietnam,
- une copie de ma carte d'identité,

Vì lý do trên, tôi xin Ông vui lòng xem như tôi không còn quốc tịch Pháp và chỉ giữ lại quốc tịch Việt Nam.
Tôi xin gởi đến ông:
- Văn bản chứng nhận quốc tịch Việt Nam
- Chứng thực địa chỉ của tôi ở Việt Nam.
- Thẻ căn cước Pháp.
